Fortunately I just spent $1.99 on this Kindle book. I managed to get about iii/4 of the way thru before I just gave up. Similar some other reviewers indicate out the first 40% of the book is all nearly "believe you lot tin practise information technology"!!! Which is great except I'm past that stage, I'thou to the signal where I want to sympathise the ins & outs and logistics of HOW to get investment properties.

The book is full of super annoying oversimplifications like "exercise good deals"….and "purchase a property that will appreciate over time"….umm duh! And there are direct quotes of similar nature from supposed millionaire investors similar "partner with someone who knows what he's doing"….OMG, I can't believe this book got so many practiced reviews. And then there are the numerous contradictions like "buy a property in a dandy neighborhood where everyone wants to live", followed past advice to negotiate the least amount on cost for that neighborhood where everyone wants to be. In many parts of the state its a seller's market for the great neighborhoods and yous will easily blow your budget in a behest war for location. Additional contradictions that drove me basics were "decrease rental turnover past pricing monthly hire fairly" but so followed by the communication in later chapters to "maximize your rental income by charging extra fees for pets, storage, parking, utilities….."
